• Resume and career content — resumes, cover letters, job descriptions, uploads (such as PDFs), edits, and related text you submit so we can provide the Service.
• Usage and device data — approximate logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and product events needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Billing data — subscription status and related identifiers processed by our payment provider (we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers).

• Generate AI-assisted suggestions, parsing, scoring, and formatting for your resumes and related content
• Authenticate users and protect accounts
• Process subscriptions and prevent abuse or fraud

We do not sell your personal information.

To deliver AI features, resume content and related prompts may be sent to third-party AI model providers under our instructions. You should not upload information you are not comfortable processing through such systems. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect; you remain responsible for reviewing anything before you use or submit it to employers.

We share information only as needed to run the Service, including with:

• Infrastructure & auth (for example, hosting, database, and authentication providers such as Supabase/Vercel)
• AI providers that process prompts/content to generate features you request
• Payments (for example, Polar) for subscriptions
• Analytics tools that help us understand product usage in aggregate
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
